    To ensure a stronger quality keepsake I iron medium weight interfacing onto your fabric.

    Our stuffing complies with the flammability Requirements of BS5852: 1982 Part 2 Ignition Source 2 in Accordance with schedule 2 Part 1 (Ignitability test for non foam filling materials singly) of the furniture & furnishings (fire safety) regulations 1988 with Amendment no 2358 1989 & 1993

  • I understand how precious and valuable your items are, so your keepsake will be posted via recorded delivery and a receipt with tracking information will be emailed to you.

  • Due to the personal and bespoke nature of these products, I am unable to return your clothing or issue a refund once I have started making your keepsake. This will be from the email receipt confirming the delivery of clothes to myself.

  • Please check spelling and punctuation on any personalised embroidery requests. I will stitch these exactly how they are written and I will be unable to make changes once complete.

    If you would like a particular colour, please let me know, otherwise I will choose a colour to compliment the fabric.

  • These products are not toys are keepsakes to treasure. They have small parts and therefore not suitable for children under the age of 14. They must be handled with care. I cannot accept liability for the misuse of any keepsakes. This item is not machine washable.
